Tuna Noodle Awesome

From Ronni's "Feeding the Teen While Lazy" Cookbook.

1/2 lb small shell macaroni
1 large (12 oz) can of White Albacore Tuna (drained)
Three stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 C black olives, halved
2 Tbsp Jalapeno slices, chopped
2 Tbsp Kosher Dill Pickles, chopped (or the same of pickle juice)
1/4 C frozen peas, thawed but uncooked
Enough Ranch dressing to moisten

Cook, drain and chill macaroni, and combine with everything else.
Chill to blend flavours.
Don't expect leftovers.

  1. I am definitely going to try this. Just bought 10 boxes of pasta this weekend--10 for $10. What a deal.

  4. I wonder if it makes (gag) gluten-free pasta taste better? I'll try it sometime. I aways loved my mom's tuna noodle casserole. Thanks!
