People I Work With

This is Sam. Hair to her waist, and eyelashes to trip over. She's in charge when the boss isn't. This gorgeous smile is a new thing. She doesn't look as if she was out in the sun all weekend, does she? She worked the ACL Fest, along with Nick, Mandi, and Nolan. It was over 100°. They would have carried me out on a stretcher!


Mandi. It's hard to believe this woman has a ten-year-old and a new baby. She looks about 22! Mandi doesn't put up with anything from anyone. She's currently on a baby sabbatical, but she'll be back. If I were in a fight, I'd want her on my side. She reminds me a bit of Jodi Foster.
Johanna. Isn't she lovely? When I snapped the first pic, she asked me if she was going to wind up on some death list or something. Smart, beautiful, vulnerable. She has a perfectly good Mom, so why do I want to mother her?

This is Nolan. He thinks he's God's gift to...well...everybody. You ladies recognize that smile, don't you? He's likeable, affable, friendly, helpful, cheerful, and charming. Hi, Nolan! I've probably just lost my best helper when it comes to carrying heavy stuff!

This is Nikki. She has been here longer than anyone, and works harder. I got a lot of pics of the back of her head, because she doesn't like to have her picture taken. I hope she likes this one, because I do.

Here's Rachel. Isn't that a wonderful smile? She looks like such an innocent kid, but she's really about 20. She does everything right, all the time. She also, until recently, worked at one of the "better" department stores--a "heels and hose" job. Things at the Sangwidge Shop are a bit more relaxed, and I think she appreciates that. I know the customers appreciate her!

This is The Boss, Nick. He says he doesn't do "smile," but I think he does OK, don't you? I missed the one in which he had stuck out his tongue. He has great hair, under that hat, but his entire right thigh is tattooed with the word "STEELERS." Strange, but, whatever warms the cockles of your heart, Nick!

For some reason, I can't find a work pic of Chandra. And a few more who work in the evening. So there will be another entry on this subject.
