New Show

"Murdered to Death" is a spoof (I was about to say "farcical spoof," but that would be redundant) on Agatha Christie mysteries. It has all the elements of the typical "Christery," the stock British characters, guests at an English country home...incompetent police inspector, pickled butler...

We are just under two weeks from opening and just off book, so we are stumbling around the stage, with more cussing coming out of our mouths than actual lines.

You are not going to want to miss this one. We have Frank Benge as Inspector (for now) Pratt and CiCi Barone as the vixen, Elizabeth Hartley-Trumpingon. Sean Hunter is her sidekick, Pierre. Richard Dodwell is Colonel Craddock, and Jan Phillips is his "old girl," Margaret. Nikki Bora is Mildred and Dyann Green is Dorothy, her niece. Dave Dunlap is Constable Thompkins, and Craig Kanne is Bunting, the butler. I am Joan Maple, Miss Marple's evil twin.

Reservations can be made at sambasstheatre.org.
