I dumped Road Runner, because I can't afford it. I figured that I could plug the Mobile card into either computer, so why pay for Road Runner as well?
It didn't work out quite like that, as Vanessa couldn't get it to work. So, I packed up the Dell and put it in Brendan's room. I'll deal with it later.
Meanwhile, the printer won't work with the laptop. It wants me to download an ethernet something-or-other, and when I try, it tells me that there isn't one. So, in order to print something from the internet, I have to put it on the external drive, and transfer it to the Dell, and print it from there.
But look at this space! I took down all the cards I had stuck all over the window, and put some curtains up instead.
I haven't seen this much desktop real estate since...well, since we moved in here over three years ago.
