Well, Poot!

I put the tree on a table, and put the table by the window (it's a back window).

So now, the tree is too tall. The tip of it brushes the ceiling, and there is no room for my Angel. Still, Angel doesn't seem to mind being snuggled into the branches for a change...

I'd try to move it to a different part of the room, like halfway along that wall, where the cathedral ceiling would accommodate it, but I see endless opportunity for disaster in trying to move the tree around the big (read: heavy) TV while it's sitting on a table. And I am far too lazy to dismantle the whole thing and start over.

Not to self: Next year, find a lower table, or put the whole thing in a taller part of the room.

Oh. And anudderthing (as Rose used to say). While at Hobby Lobby the other day, I saw packages of mini-lights. 100 lights for $8.99. That seemed a bit high, so I decided not to buy them. Last night, at Walgreens, I saw the same package of lights for $3.99. Not only that, but they were on sale, two for one.
