Memorial

Y'all remember the Memorial is Tuesday night, at the Palace it Georgetown, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.

810 S. Austin Avenue
P.O. Box 1516
Georgetown, TX 78627
512-869-7469

If you get off IH 35 at the Hwy 29 exit, and go east to Austin Ave, which is, I think, the second stoplight, turn left, and the theater is on your left, about three blocks down. It's just before you get to the Square. There is a bank across the street to the south of the theater, where you can park, or you can park on the Square.

  4. Ronni, I will stop what I'm doing at 12:00 noon tomorrow, my time, and light a candle for you and yours. It's warmth and light will reach Texas and join with all the other light and warmth that will envelop you.

  5. Good morning, Ronni. A big day for you today. The suit sounds ideal for the occasion...a good, sober colour, it sounds very pretty, too.

Hopefully, Brendan will change his mind today. You could simply make it clear that if he chooses not to go, he may feel guilty later. And, that is always your main concern...his wellbeing. That the choice is entirely his, though.

Wishing you good luck is way too inappropriate so I am going to say break a leg, Ronni. I hope everything goes well this evening. It is going to be tough on you.

Okay, now I need to be told to shut up. I know!

You must be so grateful for Betty. She sounds like a good woman who has your best interests at heart.

    Later....

  6. If you have some time this morning, may I suggest you make up a couple of breakfast rolls (bacon comes to mind) and find a nice quite spot near a river.

Just you and Brendan....sit at peace for an hour or two and let your feelings take hold. That poor boy may need to just scream for minute or two. Some sort of release.

I think you both need a little time, just some uncluttered time.

  12. Ronni, I wanted to let you know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayer. My siblings and I were all students of Mr. Prior's. And although I am not majoring in theater, I am planing on teaching. If I am half the teacher he was I will be doing well. He was one of the best teachers I ever had!! I am so grateful that I knew him and that my siblings and I were blessed to have been inspired by him. I will continue praying for you and your son!!
