Several times, in any given day, an idea for a post will waft its way across my consciousness. If I could just drop everything and write down those ideas, this blog would have twice the entries it has! Because, while ideas waft their way into my awareness, they seem to gain speed on the way out, as in "Exit, stage left, running all the way!"
I'm sure we have all had dreams that are gone in a flash as we wake, and Déjà Vu experiences that become Après Vu in a heartbeat.
Sometimes that's a good thing.
Maybe the same is true for the blog ideas...
Just sayin'...
I thought I was the only one who did that, Ronni! Glad to know I'm not alone!
ReplyDeleteI've got to do more blogging myself. I'm checking in on you to see if the storm hit you.
ReplyDeleteRonni, do you have a cell phone with the "record" option? Use it to remind yourself of your fleeting blog ideas.
ReplyDeleteIf not, those itsy bitsy recorders are pretty affordable now.
Check out the mini recorders at the WalMart link:

I need one of those!
ReplyDeleteCG, the storm brought us a bit of rain and some wind, but nothing serious. Thanks for checking!
Ronni, I don't seem to have the right email address for you, so I thought I would send your interview questions this way. Enjoy!
ReplyDelete1. I have been interested in your life-storytelling since I started reading your blog. Where were you born and how old were you when you got to the US?
2. What was the first play you were involved in, either in front of the curtain or behind the scenes?
3. What would you like to be doing 10 years from now, either job or hobby wise?
4. Tell me about your writing experience. Have you always been a writer or is this a new occupation?
5. Describe the prettiest gown you have ever worn, owned or made for yourself or someone else.
Hey, good questions, Marsha. Expecting some interesting answers, Ronni. Please embellish.
ReplyDeleteBTW, I forget my thoughts the moment I move to another room. 'Err, what did I come in here for?'
