Lawyers on both sides of the case were tight-lipped after the hearing.
Cutts’ attorney, Bradley Iams, would not discuss the evidence, legal theories or conversations he has had with Cutts.
He did say Cutts was suspended Monday from the police force without pay.
Ferrell’s attorneys from the Stark County Public Defender’s office were unavailable for comment.
City Prosecutor Frank Forchione also refused to get into specifics.
“We’re keeping the facts close for a reason. At some point the facts will come out and the public will understand why (the investigation) was handled in this manner,” he said.
Jessie's mom gets temporary custody of Blake, and Nikki wins her custody battle for her daughter.

ReplyDeleteThis bastard left his son alone for a day and a half. I shudder to think what could have happened to Blake. The poor little boy was suffering emotional trauma with no-one to turn to.

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen any of his family. They are probably like the rest of us shocked to the core.
By all accounts, most of his family has been fairly quiet...except for this one uncle who seems to be a real jerk.
ReplyDeleteApparently, yesterday at the arraignment, Bobby's family was at the back of the courtroom, and Jessie's was down front. This uncle complained about that, and also had a thing to say about the victim allowing herself to be impregnated by a married man.
There was film footage of family members looting his house after he turned himself in...Of course, we don't know if the stuff they carried out might have been theirs to begin with; it just looked odd.

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that little Blake is with Jess's mum. I really tear up when I think of what he must have gone through.
I saw an interview this morning with the girl, I think her name was Nicky and she was blaming herself a bit. I really did feel for her, she forever will have a connection with this creep. I can't even imagine what this does to his other children. Has the wife been on any shows?
