Times is Tough

Of all the strange sights in my neighbourhood, this may be the oddest I have ever seen. I was driving by here a couple of hours ago, and saw that several of my neighbours had already put their garbage out for tomorrow's pickup. The black bag in the picture was heaving this way and that, and I stopped to see if something was trying to get out of it.

As it turned out, something was trying to get into it! The buzzard was tugging on it. When I stopped to take a picture, I hoped the bird would take off so I could get a picture of it with its wings spread. No such luck--it just gave me a bad look and turned its back!.
Times is tough when there's not enough road kill to go around, and the buzzards invade our trash bags!
