A visit from Grandma and Grandpa can reduce a person to this. Vanessa's grandparents were enough to wear everybody out. I shall have to find some pictures of Jack and Anna Belle. The were Something Else. Aliens, maybe. People who seemed to think that their strange polyester reality was universal. They loved grandbabies, though, once they got used to the idea.
