Two Monuments, One Veteran

Round Rock lost only one citizen to the war in Viet Nam. Yet, he has two monuments, in two different parks.

  1. Good grief, Ronni! Nineteen years of age!

Senseless, pointless wars. In Britain we have men coming back from Iraq and Afganistan who are being told that the MOD (Ministry of Defense) is no longer responsible for their care.

    Can you believe that!!!???

They now have to claim disability from Social Services.

Pity they don't get told that before they go to fight for their Country.

Out Members of Parliament, get £26,000 per annum, just for travelling expenses; £128 for a SECOND home; plus their salary.

Who makes these decisions. Yes, the Members of Parliament, the azzhole of society!

  2. I should have mentioned; these young British men have missing limbs, disfigured faces as well as major psychological problems.

Most of them have wives and young children.

I wonder how many politicians have sons and daughters fighting for their country?!

It is an appalling state of afairs.

  3. I feel we need to help our veterans to the utmost.

I remember seeing a Viet Nam vet who had a prosthetic leg, and it didn't even bend at the knee! We owe our soldiers better than that.

  4. The families of British Soldiers who were killed in Iraq, have won the their case.

They want to know why the Government refused an independent inquiry into the reasons for going to war.

    heh, this should be good!
