The Third Time's the Charm

http://www.dailybreeze.com/news/ci_14286908
Cameron Brown will face a jury for a third time.
A judge refused today to dismiss murder charges against a man accused of tossing his 4-year-old daughter off a Rancho Palos Verdes cliff.

"I believe there should be a third trial in this case, and there will be,"

The Daily Breeze article also quotes Pat Harris as "indicating," "his firm Geragos & Geragos will likely not remain for the third trial."

Cam Brown had Geragos hisownself for the first trial, and Pat Harris, a Geragos partner, for the second. I guess the money has run out, and the celebrity law firm has bigger fish to fry.

Better make it good, this time, guys!

  1. Unfortunately, unless he confesses they really dont have anthing besides criminal negligence or involuntary manslaughter. I dont think that they are ever going to get him for Murder 1. There is just no evidence for that.

Personally from all the evidence I have read, if I was on the jury I wouldnt be able to convict him for Murder 1. Or 2 for that matter. They just cant prove it.

I am really surprised that they didnt give him a deal.
