It's great! So glad to see something percolating from the bottom up in fashion these days- I don't even bother looking at Vogue anymore. Hat is perfection, as aren't all the ruffly stuffs all over the skirt- so much fun! I'm all over the various sites now, getting inspired... maybe I can hotglue some compasses on my cast...
Thanks, Allison...if I do it again, I will have ruffles on the cuffs, too. I ran out of pins, the blouse wouldn't fit, so I whacked the ruffle off it and pinned it to a different top.
Note to self: find that damned baggie of safety pins!
