Is this cool, or what? In the midst of all the holiday fuss and rush from here to there, somebody has stopped alongside the road and decorated some cedar bushes growing through a fence.
Ramona says that is happening a lot around Austin, but these are near my house. I've been watching them for a week or so, expecting somebody to abscond with the decorations, but that hasn't happened.
In this new climate of hope, my layers of cynicism are slowly peeling back.
I like it.
