This evening we are in Boone, NC, home of Appalachian State University. This is a lovely town, with a real college town feel to it, yet still with a small town aura.
I could live here!

ReplyDeleteI love Boone NC. It truely is God's country. When my kids were little, and I was a single mom, we would go up to Boone and stay a week every summer with my brother. He had fallen in love with the area as a college student there, and stayed on several years after graduating. Unfortunately he now lives in Florida. Just not the same.
