The Latest About Jasmine

Hello Everyone! Well, we got some good news! Thank you for all the prayers! Jasmine does have a node; which we found out was in the groin, not the tibia. (shin) We were in the sonogram room, and they told us it was in the groin; that got Jasmine upset and myself, but I had to calm down and tell Jasmine that I misunderstood the doctors. When they first told me they found a suspicious node, believe me, I think my world stopped and I know that I stopped listening. My only thought was Jasmine. Let's get it checked out and pray it's nothing. So, that was new for us. We had the sonogram and they found the node. It took forever, but the pediatric technician came in and said, it seemed to be fat filled. It was there but that she didn't feel the need to do a biopsy. So, No BIOPSY! They are going to keep monitoring it. Make sure it doesn't change shape or size. If it does, then we will biopsy. But, for now she is good. They told us to take a deep breath and it was going to be okay. We are still worried, but are THANKFUL that it seems good! THANK YOU GOD!!! She is doing good. After we left the hospital she was STARVING! So, we went to Denny's, then we went to walk around the mall. Her Grandmother and her had a Caramel Apple from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Candy Factory! YUMMY! We had a great time. Then we went to visit some family out in Tomball. That was nice, we never had the pleasure to meet them before and so mom took us. That was nice! We arrived home very late! This morning we noticed our Front door! Thank you so much! That really makes Jasmine smile! She stood there reading all the beautiful hearts! "Heart Attack" We just loved it, and it was nice to see her smile! Thank you! Jasmine was able to talk to her friend, James. He does not have good news. Please Pray for him and his beautiful mother, Gloria! He has had a recurrence. They found 3 nodes in his chest, he is going to undergo, surgery and start chemotherapy all over. Jasmine was so upset to hear about her very good friend. We are going to ask God to Bless him and his family for a speedy recovery. God Bless and Have a great day! We love you all and we will keep you posted! Love, The Subia Family #16 Forever and Ever (JASMINE)

Thanks very much to all of you who have been asking about Jasmine...

  1. White light to them both. I will think positive thoughts.

    Such brave children.

The things I moan and groan about pale in significance. Makes me put things in perspective.
