    I have great memories of Chinatown (hope it's the same place). Reminds me how much of an idiot my ex was. LOL

  5. I spent my 44th birthday cruising Chinatown in a limousine looking for a shebeen. Plus a trip through Stanley Park.

    We originally planned on a quiet dinner on Granville Island.

    Long story!

  7. A shebeen is an licensed/unlicensed establishment that sells take-home bottles of booze for exorbitant prices...under the table.
