"Scourge of the Interwebs"
Congratulations, Ronni! Another enjoyable treat.
Thank you, Mgt.I'm very grateful to Ronni Bennett for publishing it.I'm glad you enjoyed it.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, Ronni. When you tell a story I can see it happening. I love that!I tried to leave a comment over there, but, it won't let me. Sorry!I have great memories of Chinatown (hope it's the same place). Reminds me how much of an idiot my ex was. LOL
I wish I could remember the stree names, but it has been too long.I have another story about Chinatown Alley, but it will have to find a different venue.
I spent my 44th birthday cruising Chinatown in a limousine looking for a shebeen. Plus a trip through Stanley Park.We originally planned on a quiet dinner on Granville Island.Long story!
Should I not ask what a shebeen is?
A shebeen is an licensed/unlicensed establishment that sells take-home bottles of booze for exorbitant prices...under the table.
{SHOCK}There are places like that in Vancouver??Who'dathunkit!
Are you not at Thundercloud, today?Nice having you here this late.
Off to the costume shop!
