ReplyDeleteRonni, I read your blog all the time. Keep up the good writing. I appreciate all these links and you're right, it is scary stuff. Why can't more people see this? My husband of 30 years and a great man otherwise :) just rolls his eyes when I talk to him about this. I have a full day ahead and don't need to get my blood pressure up so early!

ReplyDeleteMust have been a heck of a July 4th weekend, back in 1980!
It's also my MIL's birthday. She passed away in 2003.
We were living in Memphis at the time and it was the hottest summer on record. Temps were up around 105 -107 for weeks. I worked with about 20 other girls and, believe it or not, over half of us gave birth between the first part of March and the end of April. Pretty obvious what we'd all been up to!
