Well, the Stage Manager is back from New York. Bert came and went. I still have no Bert. Hopefully, I shall have a Bert tomorrow. Of course, the fact that two of my supporting players were off tonight, auditioning for leads in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" at a nearby theater, is neither here nor there.
The set is almost done. The astroturf is down. The lights are set. There are only two costumes missing, and some hats.
I worked at the theater for 11 hours today, between the set and the rehearsal.
We could use another week of rehearsal. We don't have it.
It's going to be a hell of a show!
