It looks as if Round Rock is going to get its new schools. No schedule listed on the new middle school, but the high school should be built in 4 or 5 years.
The State of Texas, and our little county, have gone Republican, as usual. That's why I always thought I would move back to Austin after my kids were grown. Of course, "the best laid plans of mice and men gang aft a-gley" and all that. I changed my mind years ago.
Anyway, suffice it to say that I'm happy about the progress that has been made in this election, and cautiously optimistic about the future.
A light must have gone on somewhere!

Glad Round Rock is getting its school.
ReplyDeleteIf the Senate gets on the bandwagon, we will hear a lot more.
