I think this is a blue heron. He lives around the Round Rock, and I soaked my feet following him around, trying to coax him to take off. Of course, every time he did, I missed the shot.
I swear he laughed at me when I got my feet wet!
He is truly beautiful. When he spreads his wings, there are reddish spots visible. Truly poetry in motion!
