Gladys is in her favourite nap spot. She falls off periodically, but it never bothers her for long.
We have an extra shower behind the laundry room; a Texas version of the mud room found in many northern homes. Gladys found it and makes herself at home there when she's not supervising my computer activities.
Falls off? Sounds like me, trying to hang on for dear life, when GS wants me to put him to bed.
ReplyDeleteI tried to sneak away last night, because my back was aching...he woke up with a start saying:
"Did you fall nana? Are you okay, nana!" Such concern is his sleep little voice...! Aah, I love him to distraction!
That should be sleepy little voice, Vero. Please can you sort it!
ReplyDeleteCheers
That must be the most relaxed look, I have ever seen. LOL
ReplyDeleteCan't find my last bag of licorice gums. I'm raging!
The look on her face is classic. Ah, the lazy days of the cat!
ReplyDeleteRonni, we had a cat that was always falling off the back of the couch. Poor thing, but I always laughed, I couldn't help it!
ReplyDeleteYou have got me cackling like a hen, over the phone company. Poor Lisa!
ReplyDeleteI hope that was a wind-up. She has been wishing away the days, to get to Friday.
Her hopes have been dashed!
Have a good weekend.
Ronni, about the Yorkshire Pudding:-
ReplyDeleteDon't use cold eggs.
Make it well in advance and let it stand for a couple of hours. Whip it every half hour. You can leave it in or out of the fridge. I prefer *out*.
Just in case you want to try it again. If you do, please let me know if it works.
You can use any recipe. I use 2 eggs and don't even measure anything else. As long as it is looks and pours like pancake mixture, I'm happy.
