OK, I don't "do" politics. Well, rarely. Hardly ever. I also like to think I'm difficult to pigeonhole. I loathe labels.
But, while randomly hitting the "next blog" button last night, I found this.
Except for the white-on-black thing (no, I'm not turning into whoever from that blog critic site), I like it a lot. I've been reading through his archives, and he's definitely worth the time.
Warning: Liberal. Some profanity.

Even where I don't agree with him, I like his style. But, I find myself agreeing more often than not.
How very kind of you. I am sincerely honored. I believe that blogging is like being a nudist. You must accept that everything is out there on display and that people are equally free to gasp in amazement or to point and giggle derisively. You must also face that there's no use trying to NOT be yourself.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, eleven is in reference to Felis Domesticus. And Anson was my FIRST favorite author some forty-five years ago and is still high on the list, despite what Hollywood did to "Starship Troopers."
Once again, my humble thanks.
"What Hollywood did to Starship Trooper" is why RAH didn't allow his books to be movied during his lifetime. I was rather surprised that Virginia released that one.
ReplyDeleteI've forgotten a lot of the Heinlein that I used to know, as oldtimers' is setting in.
I like your blog, and I suspect that quite a few in my small audience will, as well!
