Ghosts of the Past
"Ladies at the Alamo" was quite an elegant show, for 1987. Those clothes we were wearing were pretty much high fashion, for Round Rock in that year. I remember paying over $50 for that shirt. Go figure. The show was a 5-character, 2-act catfight, with all these women vying for control of a community theater. I love doing plays about theater, and this one was all kinds of fun. Fighting, cussing, and just generally being allowed the opportunity to let my bad self out to play. It's hard to believe it was nearly 20 years ago!
