Lucky sounds like a good name for the little one! I've got a found kitten now too...we've named him Sidewinder because he spins around to the side when he gets excited. Hard to describe his little dance, but its cute!
Loved your veterans day post! It's good that you try to make them think. As a former h.s. rotc color guard member, I thank you too. Anyway, I wish they understood better, but in this age of video games and too much t.v., I'm not sure that the sacrifices seem real to many of them, unless they've experienced them first hand.
